Description
The 17th EUSBSR Annual Forum takes place on 11-13 May in Estonia, hosted by the City of Tallinn, Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Council of the Baltic Sea States.
It brings together governments, cities, visionaries, policymakers, researchers, and civil society leaders with a shared mission: to jointly address the region’s most pressing challenges through stronger cross-sectoral cooperation, smarter coordination, and bold innovation.
The Forum will explore a whole-of-governance approach focused on four interlinked challenges:
- Security & Geopolitical Uncertainties.
- Demographic Shifts & Regional Competitiveness.
- Climate Change & Environment of the Baltic Sea.
- Governance, Implementation Gaps, & Financing.
From culture to bioeconomy and transport, all 14 policy areas of the Strategy will join forces to turn resilience into reality – building a future-ready Baltic Sea Region together.
