  • Conferences and summits

This year’s edition Black Sea Common Maritime Agenda Stakeholder Conference will be organised by Ukrainian CMA Coordination, in Constanța, Romania on 28 October 2025. Attendance will be only in-person!

The Conference is an annual reference point for the Black Sea maritime and blue economy community from the Black Sea CMA participating countries, in which key stakeholders from the quadruple-helix such as academia and research institutions, private sector (including start-ups and entrepreneurs), government/public administration at local, national, EU and regional level as well as local and international organisations representing the civil society  are joining to share know-how and best practices, foster collaboration and engage in discussions for the development of the Black Sea sustainable and resilient blue economy. Aligned with the strategic goals of the Common Maritime Agenda and the 2025 priorities set by Ukraine’s National Coordinator, the event will focus on sharing best practices, gain insights in the latest innovative advancements, learning from practical experience in implementing EU marine directives, exploring funding avenues and create partnerships that will lead to successful project ideas.
