Description
The 2023 edition of the European Maritime Day will take place in Brest, France, on 24-25 May.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to visit the EU Blue Economy Observatory stand number 28 and meet the Blue Economy scientists that will be happy to show you how to make best use of the observatory!
The European Maritime Day (EMD) is the annual two-day event during which Europe’s maritime community meet to network, discuss and outline joint action on maritime affairs and a sustainable blue economy.
The EMD 2023 is being organised by the European Commission, the City of Brest, the Region of Brittany, the department of Finistère and the General Secretariat for the Sea.
All the sessions will be organised in a physical format, with speakers and moderators in the venue. The opening session and the following high-level session will be available via webstreaming (in the language spoken).
