WindEurope’s Annual Event in Spain

From 20-22 March, WindEurope’s annual on- and offshore wind energy event will be heading to Bilbao for a three-day conference and exhibition.

Spain is one of the most important countries on the continent, with 27 GW of installed capacity. Its offshore wind roadmap aims to build up to 3 GW of floating wind by 2030. Today the industry employs 28,000 people in Spain and adds €3bn to its GDP. But its ambitions for wind continue to grow, and wind is at the heart of its long-term energy strategy.

Over 12,000 attendees are expected to attend the conference, which will feature hundreds of speakers and 500+ exhibitors from the whole value chain looking to showcase their innovations and seal new deals. There will also be social events throughout the event and educational sessions showing all the ins and outs of wind energy.
