Publication of Support Study For The Development of a Living Inventory of Relevant Instruments to Support Investments in the Shipping Sector

The European Commission has published the 'Support study for the development of a living inventory of relevant instruments to support investments in the shipping sector'.

Following a wide market study, the project provided recommendations to fill the identified financial, regulation and communication gaps. The Final Report is accompanied by a stand-alone report detailing those recommendations. The project also supported the creation and publication of the the Ship Financing Portal. During the upcoming edition of the Waterborne Days, there will be a session dedicated to funding and financing for the European waterborne sector.
