Description
The WestMED National event in Mauritania will occur on October 31 2023, in Nouakchott. The aim is to provide an overview of the activities and results achieved by the WestMED Initiative and an outlook for the future.
The event will also look at the latest developments of the newly formed Mauritanian Maritime Cluster (steps taken and challenges), include a living lab organised by REBOOT-MED and identify project ideas to promote the Blue Economy in Mauritania.
The outcomes will also serve as input for the 5e Sommet Arabe pour le Développement économique et social : planned for February 2024 in Nouakchott.
