- Foster interregional cooperation and stakeholder engagement to identify best practices.
- Create tailored action plans to reduce barriers, improve workplace safety, and ensure equal participation.
- Address knowledge gaps and empower women to actively shape policies.
- Ensure gender equality is placed at the core of blue economy development.
